REP HOME SALES & SERVICES Standard Operating Procedure For Purchasers (Buyers)

1. It is not required for Buyer or Perspective Buyers with REP HOME SALES & SERVICES to show Identification.
2. Per the NAR Federal Lawsuit and Settlement for Buyers or Perspective Buyers with REP HOME SALES & SERVICES must sign Buyer Broker Agreement before viewing properties.
3. It is not required for Buyers or Perspective Buyers with REP HOMES SALES & SERVICES to have a Pre-Approval Letter from a Mortgage Loan or Proof Of Funds before showing a Property. It is highly Recommended and is encouraged to have the Pre-Approval so that we can know the Amount of Money is available to find a prospective buyer a house.
