We offer Fair Housing in all our Rental Units and Apartments. We do Background, Credit Checks and Criminal History. Full Rent and 1 Month Security Deposit are required. Our Lease is a Month to Month Lease. No Tolerance for Drugs or High Crime Issues.
REP HOME SALES & SERVICES, nor the PROPERTY OWNERS will not house any TENANTS who are dealing in or using any type of illegal or illicit drugs. As a TENANT of any of the properties managed by REP HOME SALES & SERVICE allowing others or aiding or abetting in the use or sale of any illegal/illicit drugs and any other such unlawful acts or commerce, you will be held responsible for their actions as if they are your own.
We do have a Pet Policy but each situation is taken on an individual basis. No Pets in Multiple Unit Buildings. Dogs have to be Licensed, Shots and Insured. The owner and Property Management Company is made as the Additional Insured on the Policy.
No Smoking or Vaping of any kind in the Rental Units!
